That's one way to stay warm
It’s your job as a parent to make your children feel loved with lots of affection, and keep them warm, too. When you’re not around, however, it’s now possible to ensure they still feel both love and warmth: Introducing the “Hug Me Jacket.”
OK, maybe the jacket can’t duplicate actual love, but with grabbing hands clasping the front of the jacket, it will certainly keep the literal warmth inside.

Emerging menswear designer Si Chan wants all who wear it to feel “warm and hugged,” according to Yahoo Shine.
He recently graduated with top honors from London’s College of Fashion and said he “purposely exaggerated the padding to resemble a kid’s stuffed toy in order to emphasize the warm and fuzzy vibe of the jacket.”
His intention was not to invoke feelings of a straight jacket or, say, a molester with the kelly green down jacket, although judging by the picture, that might not be a totally bizarre reaction.
Chan’s blog shows a photo of a toddler getting a “loving squeeze” from his older brother, and he said that was the inspiration behind the piece.
Chan says the “hugging hands are a “symbol of what makes it possible for humans to ‘express love’ and ‘depart from loneliness.’”
While a jacket can’t replace a feeling, with a $1,200 price tag, your kids should feel warm and fuzzy knowing you love them if you’re willing to spend that much money on a jacket. Or maybe they’ll just think that you’re overcompensating for how little you hug them.
Either way.
