An Arnold Palmer is half lemonade half iced tea and 100% delicious. Every time I have one I think of my 3 wonderful girlfriends. We met when our girls (now closing in on 7yrs) were just infants and we would get together once a week for baby music class and Arnold Palmer’s. As our girls got older it became weekly playdates at the park with our signature drink, then when our girls went off to preschool it turned into weekly ladies lunch. We would sit and talk and laugh and sip our Arnold Palmers, so this recipe is dedicated to you Amy, Jen and Phyllis. Love you three so much and I don’t know how I would have survived motherhood without you!
