Moms, especially moms of small kids, can get a little obsessed with their kid’s poop. Pee, too, but more so poop. We can have detailed conversations about poop, delving into the minutia of shape, color, frequency and smell while being indifferent to the obvious grossness, as if we were discussing something as mundane as the weather.
Indeed, I’ve talked poop with my girlfriends while eating–and it didn’t bother us one bit.
So I’d thought I’d share this infographic I discovered on Pinterest, courtesy of Kimberly Snyder, a nutritionist to Hollywood celebs and author The Beauty Detox Solution.
The infographic not only teaches about your kids’ poop and pee but yours too. Now you’ll have new stuff to discuss with your mom friends.
